I like how everything is coming together. "Together" being a key word.
 
i would love to be in cam camerons shoes. i bet he gets treated like a king everywhere he goes around there.
 
This guy has the potential to secure his place in South Florida folklore, along with such greats as Shula and Marino, if he stays who he is in his heart and coaches well. I know it is way premature, but everything about this guy smacks of "good guy" and if he is a great HC and wins, and stays a long time, we could be very happy Cam followers indeed.

Nice read. Seems to be a down to earth type of guy. Hopefully this guy can bring the fins back to the glory days.
 
I get good vibes from Cam. He seems like a very down to Earth, nice guy. Its a great contrast from Nick Saban, who was egotistical, indecisive, and didn't inspire much "confidence."

There are still questions surrounding Cam, but so far, everything has been pretty solid. He'll handle the offense, Mueller will handle the GM duties, and Capers is running the defense - I think by specializing the whole team improves. I am cautious seeing as how I was tricked by saban (when he was hired, etc etc) - but so far, so good. :cooldude:

Cameron said he is optimistic about the possibility of Daunte Culpepper returning to quarterback the Dolphins. For the time being, Cameron will serve as head coach and call the offensive plays

Thats is a slightly more positive statement about Daunte than what we have heard previously.
 
Everytime the guy opens his mouth, he says something that gives me more confidence that he is just who we need as HC. Level headed, intellegent and with the football savvy he's gained, I don't see a downside to Cam. He's going to be a big boost offensivley and with Capers....wow....I'm feeling pretty good about the direction of the Fins...and I feel like we finally have something we've desparately needed for years....STABILITY.

I'm with you and I certainly hope so... however, Dave Wannstedt was also considered a really "good guy", which is why Wayne H kept him around so long. Unfortunately he was also as dumb as a rock... let's hope it goes better with Cam. :)
