Wow Millen wants a third round pick for his QB.

Harrington and the Dolphins reportedly have agreed on the parameters of a contract -- in the range of $4 million for a two-year contract. The rub is: What do the Lions get in return?
Miami has no picks in the fifth and sixth rounds, and reportedly does not want to give up anything more than a seventh-round pick.
Lions president Matt Millen reiterated Thursday he will be patient. Last month, he indicated that he wants something in the range of the third round.

Millen is a fool, no one will give him a third round pick for Harrington.

Theoretically he can wait, and maybe someone will panic into giving him something near that high. But the chances of it aren't that great, and the closer Detroit gets to their camps the less likely they'll want that distraction around.

Right now it's all bluster by Millen, probably because he knows his butt is in the fire right now.

First of all, the Dolphins should wait too because Harrington will get cut in June before his bonus is due and they won't have to give up anything for him.

That's great. They want a third rounder for a guy they themselves replaced with Jeff Garcia. Nice
