Cb's:

1) Brian Williams
2) Terry Cousin
3) Deion Sanders
4) Dante Wesley

Brian Williams: Could absolutley be our #2 corner, not exactly sure how FA works, but he is a RFA, I believe that that means we have to give the vikings our pick for whatever round he was taken in, we would have to give them a 4th rounder, not bad for a kid of this talent, although if that is true, I would see why noone had picked him up, but would be a very good #2 CB, or #1 FS.

Terry Cousin: Did good while he was with the Giants, but they released him? Didnt understand that, I think he would put up a good fight to be our #2 CB in 05' if we picked him up.

Deion Sanders: This would be a pick-up for depth only, I dont see him being our # 2 Cb, just filling in when needed.

Dante Wesley: Did OK w/ the panthers and mabey could find a home here as a #3 CB.

S's

1) Adrian Wilson
2) Marques Anderson

Adrian Wilson: He is an UFA, why hasent anyone picked him up?!?!? He did awsome last year for the Cards last year at SS, He had: 102 TACKLES-1SACK-3INT-62YDS-8 PASSES DEFENDED-, He had a sick year for ARI, now my question for yous, why hasent anyone signed him??!?

Marques Anderson: Had a good year for OAK and is a RFA, he would be a great S to bring in here to Miami to fight for a starting job somewhere.

So out of all of them who would you want Miami to pick up and why?

I dont think its Saban's philosophy to give up draft picks to other teams. So I would rule those two RFA's out immediately.

....After looking the guys up, they are all either a) signed, b) horrible, C) both a and b, or d) far inferior to the depth that a Law or Buckley would bring.

If I'm not mistaken Brian Williams re-signed with the Vikings as a restricted FA.

deion will only sign for a team thats ready to go on a superbowl run

Sadly we are better off with deciding between Ty Law or Terrelly Buckley rather than pick that list. I also think Brian Williams re-signed with Minnesota. I know Adrian Wilson re-signed with Arizona would have loved to have him. Deion I thought would only play for Baltimore, but I've been hearing a lot lately that he would play for a Super Bound team, in the eyes of many that definitely isn't us... media doesn't even portray us as being anything close to playoff bound or .500

I think we can do much better than Terry Cousin and Dante Wesley... even if that means Law or T-Buck. The obvious choice between the two would be Law if he's healthy and takes an affordable contract, but it's very possible that both all of those things won't happen. The best solution right now would actually either be sign T-Buck... or stick with what we have.

None of these guys are so great. I say we either go after T-Buck, Law or wait until June 1.

I don't think Brian Williams resigned, I think the Browns signed him actually, and he was an UFA so there was no compensation or something along that line.
