this is not so much dolphins related but it could possibly be... i heard on sportscenter lito was goin to be traded shortly... eagles turned down an offer because compensation was not enough but it seems as if lito is leavin philly for sure... they didnt say what team was tryin to trade for him

i kno this has been brought up befor but now that philly is def willin to trade him anyone think miami may be interested ? im sure they are askin for alot and not sure if we would give up too much for him

Forget about Lito. The Eagles will want way too much (AJ Feeley for a 2nd rd pick).

Yea im sure there asking for a 2nd rounderrr ...

Thanks but no thanksss

The real question is...are the Patriots at the other end of that deal?

That would concern me. Corner was proving to be one of their biggest weaknesses, all the more significant when you consider they may have trouble stopping the run (as they did a year ago).

I'd be willing to give up the 7th we just got for McCown. Other then that he isn't worth what you'll lose when he goes down with yet another injury. But I do think he would be worth a 7th.

Thats a good point. Although that would probably be a tough trade for the Pats to make. They let Samuel walk and got nothing in return. How would it reflect on them if they ended up having to trade for a guy who lost his job to Samuel?

he also wants a pay day. So the Eagles might have to find a partner that could be willing to give lito a restructured contract

i would give up a 2nd for him (maybe conditional 3rd that turns to a 2nd if plays all game)

I'm guessing he gets traded to the Browns. They struggled against the pass last season and were fools to trade Leigh Bodden. They also proved last year that they have no problems giving up draft picks.

Our front office has shown zero interest in corner backs the whole off-season. I doubt they trade any picks for an injury prone CB.
