“I saw the ball go up the seam and I was like, ‘This will be interesting.'” Gase said. “Because the ball looked like it came out pretty high. So you know it was a good job. Jay put it in a pretty good spot to where they couldn’t do anything about it. I think if Jakeem times his jump just a little different we may have been able to pull that one in.”

This is gonna be a big moment for Grant, definitely my most favorite player to watch.

On carpet...

i saw that play up close and personal my season tickets are straight in line with Goal line on that end of field. He straight dropped the ball, his jump was fine, ball placement was perfect, he simply dropped it. I screamed as loud as i could, hold on to the ball, damn. I bet he even heard me, LOL.

Grant might be the most overrated player to ever play for the Dolphins by many on this site. I don't understand the appeal. He does absolutely nothing. Actually he does even less than nothing. He hardly ever returns a kick out past the 25 yrd. line. His decision making and vision when he returns a kick are awful. The team would literally be better off if he just took a knee. And this is coming from someone who likes the risk of bad field position in exchange for the chance of having a big return. I fear there is a better chance of him fumbling rather than having a long return. Returning punts, he is even worse. In the passing game, he is a complete zero. He has bad hands, and is so tiny, he offers too small a window for a quarterback to deliver the ball. At this point Grant's strengths, his speed and quickness, don't outweigh his negatives. I think his spot on the roster can easily be upgraded.

Dosent do anything on ST or as a WR.
Is it me or is he a waste of a roster spot?
