There's been way too much hype over this team. They showed everybody what to expect during preseason. Trouble is nobody paid attention. On paper, the team has a lot of talent but on the field they are almost as good as Houston. This team is desperate for new leadership and thier time window is closing not opening.

Good quote by Jason Taylor right there - there is only so much a Coach can do, after that it is on the players.
 
At least the players have the true perspective of what it is like to be the coach, unlke most fans.
