Long gives up sack #3 for the 2009 season

Chad has to get rid of that ball. That one is on Chad.
 
Big deal, every linemen gives up a sack occasionally. One sack in twenty-eight plays isn't bad. Pennington did wait too long though.
 
my point is Long completely gave up on the play.. watch the replay and you will see.. Smiley gave up too after he helped get a double team on Freeney

A. Pennington held the ball really long, therefore Long assumed Pennington had gotten the ball out

B. It was across the field... Give him a break
 
Dwight will get sacks. He's fast and runs right up field. Were running right at him and he's going right past it
 
seriously, the only acceptable play on Jake's part was to pancake all 11 defenders, catch the go-ahead TD pass, then head over to the colts' sideline and give Manning the forearm shiver.

That's what Matt Ryan would've done ;)
 
doubt it goes against long even though it was his guy. QB was outside the pocket and its shouldnt be given to jake

but jake is holding his own against freeney

Overall Jake is doing a very good job, however, he did give up on that play
 
Watch the freaking game -- Long has been knocked on his a$$ time after time -- he looks SOFT out there -- and I hate to say it.
 
That was a coverage sack. Give the guy a break. He is starting to settle down. He will dominate in the second half. Will the real dolphin fans please stand up.
