Hello,

In this cool offseason period, I looked at the free agency available list and 4 or 5 names seems interesting IMO.

rumph, claiborne, coakley, darling (LB), izzo for our ST, locklear(OL), quincy morgan (WR), archuletta, and alstott.

Opinions on them ?

Alstott should simply retire before he suffers a life ending neck injury.
 
There are going to be some more cuts over the next month as team are required to trim their rosters. We might be able to find a nugget in that bunch.

Mike Rumph retired earlier this month because of injuries.
Larry Izzo is/was a good special team player but he will be 34 this year.
Mike Alstott retired in January.
Adam Archuletta...I think there is a reason he has been on three different teams in the past three seasons. I wouldn't mind having him around just to look at his wife on game days. :wink:
Dexter Coakley played under Parcells in Dallas but will be 36 this year.
 
After the classless act that Larry Izzo participated in while with the Patriots gloating to the Dolphins about winning a ring up there, I would NEVER want his sorry butt back on the team!

I would've said Larry Izzo, until I was reminded of that.
 
How exactly was that classless? He wasn't sending to the fans or in mean spirit. He was talking **** to his former teammates (his friends). Give me a break.
 
If they are pursuing any free agent I am guessing Bentley, the OL cut by Cleveland. And I expect they will make an offer to Sosa, the UDFA OL who played at Rutgers and is recovering from an injury.

We shall see.

Lee2000 ps. they have to make some cuts just to sign their remaining draft picks I believe
 
And what holiday is it? Was that a really late 4th of july wish?
