I am hoping Ross segways this Martin fiasco into a thorough cleaning of house. Starting from the top up. Starting with Aponte, Ireland, and Philbin. ( these 3 stoodges NEED TO GO!)

I agree. I just think we have the talent to "rally" around this. Not offensively anyway.

We have to show a true commitment to change an org culture, perceived from the o/s as toxic, whether the situation in-house has been exaggerated or not. How can anyone want to play for us if we don't change? How would a Hispanic or Black player feel about coming here now?
