Carolina shot their wad against New England this week, and we'll be at home and foaming at the mouth to play them. That simple.

Dolphins 20-something,

Carolina 17 or fewer.

See, I don't always expect the worst....

Hope so.

Another factor that should be in our favor is the hot September sun!!! Remember how Denver wilted. I hope the same happens this week.

Carolina is tough. I dunno.

I'm a big Steve Smith fan too though.

Hmmm.....I say the Panther D shuts us down all day. I think they put constant pressure on Gus, and shut Ronnie down completley. However, I also believe our D will put constant pressure on Dehomme, and shut down Davis and Foster. Our D will outplay theirs with our homefield "advantage" we win 10-7 on and INT return for a TD by Schulters.......mabey. In all seriousness I dont see us having much of a chance in this game, but thats ok. This is a Carolina squad that is a serious contender for the SB, if we had RW it would be a different story but we dont so I think its going to be a loonngg game. Anyway I think we will rebound in week 4 and take out the Bills, get Ricky back and go 8-4 the rest of the way to finish off 10-6 and become serious contenders in the playoffs.

Here's what makes week 3 even better....

The Jets host Jacksonville. No easy task for the Jets....

The Patriots play at Pittsburgh. Chalk up another Pats loss....

The Bills host Atlanta. Tough defense will keep Losman and the Bills offense from doing much....

I think heading into week 3, we've got one of the easier match-ups. This division is still up for grabs, and we have as good a shot at beating the Panthers as the Saints did in week one....

PHINZ RULE!!!!

Sorry........no way we win next week, not against that defense. I expect to see Gus on his a$$ most of the game.....hope I am wrong though.

Hand me some of what you are smoking. Panthers is not the easier matchup. I would rather Miami play Atlanta or even Pittsburgh.

we will lose because we cant stop the pass rush

And if Carolina is favored we'll beat them even worse than my prediction above.

LOL and yet I imagine you'll still watch/listen to the game. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmm

First, I said "one of the easier match-ups". "Easier" as in not the most difficult. That would go to the Patriots playing in Pittsburgh.....

We're a different team at home. So are the Panthers, and this will be their first road game of the season. We should be able to win this game at home...

PHINZ RULE!!!

what was teh temp there?

They have an awesome passing attack.... their running game doesnt scare me.. their defense is OK... But we really need discipline. We need to really cut the penalties. I think we can beat anyone.... but not if we're dropping passes, jumping offsides, or false starting!
