Looking ahead to CIN

I think people are overestimating Cincinnati and underestimating Miami. We beat them last year, and we already know their team and schemes. We recently had a bye week to prepare, and we want to atone for our prime time loss to New Orleans.

I'm predicting a 27-23 Dolphins win. Happy Halloween.

Yeah they had a bye week to prepare and lost to Thad Lewis. Give me a break.

4-4 is saving the season????

look at who is in the wild card hunt right now...denver is 7-1 but i assume before the end they will win their division and kc will end up with the #1 wild card spot...then you have san diego that has 4 wins only because they are in the hardest division in the AFC....they are playing better than we are based on points and we play them head to head....

get over it, we just lost our best WR, we cant stop a blitz to save our life, and tannehill has zero pocket awareness and it gets worse as the game goes on...there is no season to save...and sadly there are 9 teams worse than us this year going into the draft...

we cant even suck the right way...

ok we are 1 game back behind San Diego and they still have to play Denver Twice, KC twice, Cincy, Giants, Oakland AGAIN, and Miami. San Diego can easily finish with a losing record and I wouldn't be surprised one bit. They are just as inconsistent as us and they probably have a much tougher schedule. They lost to Houston, Tennessee, and Oakland. While beating Jacksonville, Indy, Dallas and Philly. So yes a win Thursday vs Cinci would be huge. Especially if Washington (home) can upset San Diego awhich I doubt but who knows. San Diego just another hot and cold team with the toughest part of their schedule coming out so it isn't like they will be lights out. Especially if they lose to Washington. Wildcard is very much open for us

Its a winnable game (I think I might even put some $$$ on Miami) and I agree with Hayden that we're not out of it if we can get to 4-4. Every game is winnable from here on out and we benefit from a mini bye to get some things figured out before hitting the "easy" part of the schedule.

A win in New England would have been HUGE as it would have erased 3 losses and put us in control of our own destiny but it wasn't a must win for me.

Last year means nothing. It's all about match ups and this one is HORRIBLE on both sides of the ball.

I'm predicting 56-14 Bengals.

cant see the fins pulling this out also i think if its a bad loss it will have a big effect on our confidence the rest of the season..

Traditionally we do well against Cincy, even when they are good. This one is going to be tough though.

I just feel like it would be just like this team to win this game when they have no business winning it. Liking going into Indy and winning I thought was a long shot.

It would just be so typical of this team to win this game when no one expects it, and everyone is expecting them to fall apart. No real analysis here, just a gut feeling.

Even if they don't win, it will be good to see how the o-line does with a few more days under their belt, they took steps in the right direction. I just hope I am right that they keep this thing close and don't let the game get away from them early. Because then the gameplan goes out the window, Cin pins their ears back and starts sacking RT left and right. :-/
