he deserves another chance!!! If He doesnt get a chance than Miami is not a fair franchise!!! I dont rely On Green!! hes Finished!!! And Im Not Sold On Beck!!! Like Jaws and Kiper said we were better off with Stanton

Stick a fork in Culpepper because he's history. Green's equipment has already been forwarded onto Miami. It's just a matter of time before he arrives in South Florida. As soon as the trade is completed, Culpepper will be shipped or cut.

We're definitely heading into 2007 with Green and Beck. Lemon will most likely be the third guy unless an UFA/7th round QB surprises (Josh Swogger anybody?), or they opt to go after another vet. The brass obviously feel Beck is our QB of the future and can play up to the standards that Brees and Rivers displayed in San Diego under Coach Cameron. If they didn't feel that good about Beck they wouldn't have used the 40th overall pick on them. If they had actually felt as good about Quinn as they do about Beck, they wouldn't have passed Quinn in favor of Ginn. Let's just face it: Although nobody knew it before today, Beck was their favored guy all along. Given Cameron's track record with QBs, it's foolish to flatout accuse him of making a mistake at this point in time. Only time will tell. Myself, I'm very confident Beck will thrive under Cameron just as Rivers and Brees did.

I'm very excited we got our QB and a gamebreaking WR too. We're headed towards sunshine.

I hope you eat your words. Daunte Culpepper is flat out garbage.

You dont want to rely on Green and your not sold on beck but the dolphins have a differet opinion. C PEP is done here.:ninja:

Don't bother responding until you learn how to type with proper grammar.

While I am a huge supporter of proper grammar, he has a point. While I think that Culpepper is done with the Dolphins after the acquisition of Beck and the push to get Trent Green, I believe he is far more likely to come back in this league, even if it's after another year off, and play at a high level. I could see him going to the Buccaneers or 49ers next year. But that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.

Buh-bye Pep. You are now free to begin terrorizing all-u-can-eat buffets in another NFL city. The floor boards of Pep's home must be breathing a collective sigh of relief knowing that he is Audi.

Why does he deserve another chance. When he really hasn't done much the last couple years. He is going on year 3 with injury. And he has not proven anything to justify keeping him to fans or coaches, Otherwise had he showed something we would not be hearing Greens name or may not have drafted a young Qb today.

He is what he is and that is damaged goods. While I am not happy with our picks today. It has clearly being shown that we are moving forward. And getting rid of the garbage that has not produced their worth.

Technically, his grammar was not that bad, it was his horrible spelling maybe you didn't like?

"You're more likely to eat yours."

Could have said "your words" instead to make it more proper.

Excuse me, Nov 2005 to now is 17 months, not 3 yrs. CPep may not get physically back to where he was prior to the injury but he wasn't garbage in the 2004 season was he ?? The guy was a good QB and suddenly he is garbage...talk about "what have you done for me lately?"

At any rate, likely he is done with us, but probably not as a QB somewhere. It's not his fault (totally) that he was rushed back or that he re-injured the knee. It's not because he can't do the job any longer, we don't really know that do we ? It's because some guys feel he hasn't helped us since he's been here, well guess what ? That's not CPeps fault, that's the Nicktators and Mularkey's fault...put the blame where it belongs.

The fact is that he was a very good QB prior to his injury (avg 26 TDs and 3600 yds) and does deserve another chance. It doesn't appear that he'll get that chance here, but you never know. But to post nonsense like this because someone feels he hasn't helped the team when he physically hasn't been able to is just wrong.

It'll be just our luck that he is dumped and ends up burning us down the road sometime...
