The owners primary job is to allow his or her money to be spent when needed.

If she's like her Father in that regard, while not interested in sticking her nose in what should be done with every decision that needs to be made, but leaving it to her Football people to decide, unlike her Father...Not only would that make her a better Owner then her Dad or Beal, it would make her a perfect owner that could allow Miami to succeed without any interference.

It’s great he cares about winning. But he needs to stop meddling w personnel decisions (I’m talking internal too) bc he doesn’t know s*** about football. That’s the problem, and the reason he can’t get the team to do what he “cares about.”

How do you know that he is meddling w personnel decisions? Do you have an insider that tells you this or is it hearsay? No one can believe any story about anything from the media nowadays.
