Lorenzo booker jukes out whole ND team

nice, that was all booker! Probably would of put 6 on the board if he had a little blocking.

I like this guy, but he runs too upright like adrian peterson.

Normally when you pick a highlight video you wanna pick one where he goes for a score. That was kinda the problem with Booker too at FSU. He's shifty and fast and athletic. And you saw that working out there. But no offense to Notre Dame, they're not known for their footspeed. Watch what Booker did against fast, pro-style defenses like Miami and UF. Very little production. A lot of that can be changed with good coaching because at FSU the lack of opportunities, the poor line and the play-calling kind of put Booker in a position where he tried to make too much out of everything instead of looking for the positive yardage and he got in trouble a lot. He's got all the talent in the world. I know people will scoff at the comparison, but coming out of high school him and Reggie Bush were mentioned in the same breath and he legitmately does have that skill-set (maybe not the speed, but he's got everything else in spades) he really just needs to learn to run and not dance, and be consistent. I'm not kidding, if he ever gets good coaching, he has first round talent.

And him and Reggie Bush being mentioned in the same breath is in reference to recruiting. He was actually more sought after than Bush. Had things gone differently it may have been Booker who was starring at USC but he committed to FSU instead and they got Bush. The rest is history.

theres also a thing called blocking and as you saw he had none on that play and juked out 10 players and went for a first down

Did you read my post? Because I think that comment was actually covered in my post. I said I know there's no blocking. But he still dances too much. And that was one play. I watched him play for 3 years in person and on TV. Believe me, as a Seminole I know a lot about the players that come from FSU. Great talent, needs coaching. He plays against teams like Miami and Florida and he tries to break everything outside or else he sees a hole and doesn't go he tries to dance. That stuff works against Notre Dame because they don't have 4.5 speed across their defense. Miami and UF do, so do most teams in the NFL. That play can't happen in the NFL. The athletes are too good.
