The word on the street is that if the Jets lose then coach Mangenious's job is in jeopardy and that the team would not be opposed to throwing a boatload of money at coach Cohwer, we're talking upwards of $9 million per year to coach the team and give him ultimate GM power as well! This could mean a dynasty wearing vomit green for years to come! So maybe if we ease up a bit, I mean don't exactly let the Jets win on Sunday but you know maybe have them take it on a last minute field goal and maybe they win a game in the playoffs they will keep Mangenious on and Cohwer will go to the Browns or elsewhere. What do you think?

Of course this entire thread was written tongue in cheek as we better beat the heck out of the Jests on Sunday and win the AFC east otherwise I will be sick for weeks/month to come unable to eat or sleep! Go Fins!!!!!!!!

Are you on pills?

GIMMEE THE PLAYOFFS

I don't care who the Jets have, their franchise is still terrible.
I highly doubt they get Cowher, his name comes up every year, and every year he turns everyone down.
Last I heard he wanted the NC state job because it was his alma mater, and it is close to his family.

Either way Our Bill> their Bill

Cowher will not be going to the Jets (obviousily just my opinion), he is the only FA that will wait until the absolutely perfect scenario opens up for him.
There would be only failure with the Jets if things aren't turned around instantly, why put yourself in that situation?

what a joke of a post.

tell ya what happens in the long run....SPARANO BECOMES THE MAN, he already is in my opinion but he will solidify his status in the next few years

SUNDAY is the day Miami becomes elite again in the NFL. Bank on that!

You need some serious help man!!!! Why would any real Dolphin fan want to lose to the Jets ever....reguardless of the situation....especially with a chance to be AFC east champs. Get off the drugs asap brother!!!

Cowher is done coaching and he has said that many times. Where does he has left to go in the nfl now? The browns? Lions? Jets? Chargers? He is not going to a loser franchise. Neither is he going to go to a franchise that has bussiness detrimental issues such as the Redskins, Cowboys and all of those owner oriented franchises.

Do u know how big this game is? Maybe it hasn't sunk in yet . . . I know I know, its just tuesday . . . u will laugh at this thread come friday and saturday . . . and won't believe the nonsense u wrote on Sunday.

NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING is more important than the Dolphins winning on Sunday. This is the moment Dolphin fans have been waiting for, the last 6 years have been painful, and it can ALL be erased by winning on Sunday. I wouldn't trade that for anything my friend.

There will be alot of teams looking for a new coach in the off-season. Its not as if NYJ will be his only option.

In fairness, getting the chance to coach the Chargers would be a pretty good opportunity considering the talent they have
