We're already at Senior Bowl week, and should have personnel people there. Not sure if we do as we don't have a GM, and not sure who he would be keeping of current staff. Not a good thing.

From Barry Jackson's article, we are not sure of any additional coaching changes as well. And we have many decisions to be made on our own FA's, with any interest and contract talks negated with a new GM.

I understand that a week is not a very long time for interviews and picking a new GM BUT, the decision to fire Ireland could. should have been made earlier.

The clock is ticking, and we are losing very valuable time on pressing work to be done. JMO

All of these guys that interviewing do this for a living regardless. There isn't a pressing need to declare a gm before they are ready because of these events.

Any prospective GM should be up to date and ready to go or else he should be shown the door. I think time is of the essence as their duty to the Dolphins has he has to look at players currently on the roster and initiate a plan of action for upcoming free agency and of course the draft. The clock is clicking and I hope this week someone will be named.

From what I have read, there were comments from those interviewing about the Senior Bowl being here. It is not an earth shattering event but, no GM wants to give up any opportunity to evaluate talent.
