To be fair, id prefer Drake and Ballage to Williams. Hes only getting starter duties because Hunt is a scumbag and Ware is hurt.
He is playing well and got a pretty fat extension though.

Hard to pile on the front office for moving Lucas when pretty much every single FH poster never wanted him to see the field outside of special teams.

Ya, Lucas is only starting because of Eric Berrys foot injury.
The point isn’t that these two are starting, it’s what they’re doing in the position they’re in.
I don’t watch KC’s games but from the stats I’ve seen lately Williams has played really well. All he’s doing is showing the team he can start and be very effective.
I don’t know enough about Lucas to comment honestly.

This isnt new....Gase has done this to the Dolphins....Drake didnt see the field until he shipped out Ajayi & Foster retired. He was loyal to HIS people....see Julius Thomas,Fales,Derby,Cutler
true - also I cant recall a guy on the team for that long that was talked about less. When his name came up it was often "he's still on the team?"
