Feels good to hear this!!!

On espn news The Hotlist they were just talking about the Joey Porter Signing and that he had this plan to travel acrross the country and visit some six teams and that Miami just wouldnt allow that and flew to his hometown and fianalized there instead of waiting and letting him be scooped up by someone else!!!

That to me is just great to hear because i the past we would've lost out on J. Porter in MHO because we would not have been agressive like that.

SO I say BIG Props to Cam and Randy and putting their foot down and just not allowing him to get away.......GREAT GOB CAM/RANDY!!!!!:dolphins: :dolphins:

i agree but there is still a whole lot they need to do this offseason. I think this years draft is going to be the most important draft in the last 5 or 6 years for us. Im really curious to see what they are going to do.

Its also good to see that Mueller and Cameron are on the same page. That I think is the key for the future of this franchise. WAY TO GO GUYS!!!

Well, I actually think they planned on this thing (going to cali)over the weekend. Porter was in town they say, they talked numbers and Porter and agent prob said they would wait to see if they followed through on moves first to prove they are serious about landing Porter.

hence the Mcmike release. Once the releases were made, they fly out knowing where to go because they already talked about this, then the deal is done. Porter knows its a good fit.

Compare this to the Saban "error." He would have thought about it, thought about it, discussed it w/ his wife, thought about it, thought about it some more, waited, waited, waited, thought about it some more - then would have seen him sign w/ Cincy.

Dude apparently couldn't ever pull the trigger, overanalyzing things. Cam and Randy were ready to rock!!! :D
