One thing these two guys bring is experience game planning against the Dolphins
opponents. Marlarkey's Bills vs. the AFC East and Caper's Texans vs. the AFC South (who Miami plays against next year). Their perspective should payoff in the short term.

We still need to get the players to run the 3-4 full time and a QB with some consistency but if we achieved 9-7 with what we have any upgrade at any position should help us.

Looks like next year the AFC East will be extremely defensive. All of the head coaches in the conference are former Defensive Coordinators. It's going to be a game of attrition so depth will be key for us as well next year.
