Dolphins | Man who attacked J. Taylor pleads not guilty

The Sun-Sentinel reports Redmond Charles Burns, who assaulted Miami Dolphins LB Jason Taylor, has pleaded not guilty to a battery/hate-crime charge in Broward Circuit Court. Burns also pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest with violence and culpable negligence. A trial date is set for Aug. 21.
 
damn, 130th and 8th street, thats about 5 miles from my house.. wtf was jt doing over there anyways?

Details are vague to me, but he went after JT while with his wife with a knife and cut him while screaming racial slurs in a fit of road rage. If that's me and my wife, you and yours, my dad and my mom, etc, then yes, and he's crazy enough to go after someone with no regard for life, then yes, he deserves to burn.

It wasnt the end result Marty, it was the intent. There was bad intent, very bad intent with serious racial undercurrents if my memory serves me right....

Actually death is too serious, but the guy should not be allowed to go scott free either --IMO of course...
