I love this guy. Would support him to the end. I wanted Billick. Would be thrilled with Fisher, but Zimmer would make just as fired up as the other two...High character guy who is a straight shooter. I love him taking on Mike Brown in this story. Take a look at that depth chart in Cincy...non of those guys would start here, yet the Cincy played really well behind a rookie QB. I love coaches that get a ton out of ****...

All of these people saying that coaches do not want to come to the Fins because it means taking on Brady, Belichick and Rex...well, I bet Zimmer has NO reservations to lead his team against those teams. Love the guy.

Would gladly accept Zimmer as HC of the Fins.

*Thought he interviewed today. Mando says tomorrow??
 
I think he will be able to put a great staff together...
 
He's the right man for this franchise. We need that guy, he holds his staff and players accountable, he gets in your face if you screw up on the field. No more day care in Davie, time to get serious and start killing other teams.
 
I'd be okay with Zimmer. I've always wondered why he never got a shot to be a head coach before.
 
Guys like Hue Jackson (if fired), Todd Haley, Bob Bratkowski, Dirk Koetter, Bill Muscgrave and (dare I say) Brian Schottenheimer join the offensive staff or be OC.

I could see Todd Bowles sticking around as DC...there is professional connection there. Dave Campo could be a positional coach...he just got axed.

He is just going to be able to attract quality help for the team...

A coach attracting a quality staff is a huge plus for me...it is why I liked Billick and continue to support the idea of Fisher and Zimmer.

Hue Jackson getting fired is pretty much a guarantee anyways. You don't throw two first round picks for Carson Palmer and keep your job.
 
I hope he interviews well. I've come to terms with the fact that we aren't interviewing billick... zimmer, chud.... either would be fine with me.

we need to get a staff togther, the next three months is pretty important.
 
Zimmer has some ties to Norv Turner disciples as well. I wonder if he could prior Steve Wilks from the Chargers.
