For the record, I still want to see more information come out. I am not convinced of Jonathan Martin's motives in this still. However, there is such a **** storm that I do not think in the end the Joe Philbin, the coaching staff and Jeff Ireland survive. There is too much heat.

Jonathan Martin is certainly destroying more people off of the field then he did on it.

Jonathan Martin may win in court financially but he will be destroying many others and unlike many on this board who cannot wait for people to be fired a job is a job and losing it is not easy.

I blame Joe is some regard to what has happened, but my opinion is changing...NO PLAYER is coming to Martin's defense or state that they saw anything. Also, no player is killing Incognito...white, black, young or veteran. Why?

My criticism of Joe now might be the immediate suspension of Incognito and what it does to the team getting rid of a popular guy. Joe listened to the media swell and lawyers I am sure. It is job at stake.

Never thought miami would be in the middle of something like this. Usually i laugh at other teams when stuff like this happens, now I feel disgusted.

Sad but honestly if everyone gets fired id be happier then a pig in ****.This would be the best thing that's happened to this Organization...Even 1 better Ross sells this team to someone that has a football concept.

Players are backing Ritchie but showing little support for Martin.....curious.

I could care less if Philbin loses his job, in the nfl ANY coach can find another job.....sparano, Philbin, Sherman. Its a giant buddy system.

Ireland created this mess. He is the most culpable. Philbin is a nice man, but this team needs a stronger leader. A complete cleansing of the staff is needed. Nothing cleanses like Fireland.
Bring on Billick, Cowher, anyone with some league wide respect. Let the coach pick the GM. That is how the team should be ran.

richie is a veteran whereas Martin is a youngster. easier to defend the first

I don't disagree that losing a job sucks but trust me these guys are not living paycheck to paycheck. If they are then they have their own problems aswell.

Once again be careful who you wish for because highly doubtful it will be any of those guys.

People would criticize the Dolphins for not suspending Incognito through this whole process as well. It's a lose/lose situation.

Joe didn't make the call to suspend him...I'd bet money on that. That came from Dawn Aponte, Ross or some other.
