Manning/ flynn decision made easier!!!

Matt Flynn is not the answer

if healthy, manning feels like a trent green "scrambled eggs" situation with that neck

Obviously, we have the best guy in the league to determine if Flynn is worth taking, so I'm confident we'll make the right choice there.

That being said, I'd be stoked if we got him, because that means that Philbin truly believes in him, and he'll have a huge leg up knowing the offense. Then, you could conceivably trade back a bit, pick up Tannehill (the 3rd best qb in the draft and and our new OC's protege), pick up an extra pick for a pass rusher, safety or TE, and still have Moore as a fall back. Wouldn't it be nice to go into a season with 3 quality options at qb?!

Can you really even envision Matt Moore throwing for almost 500 yards and 6 td's? Why do some people think Matt Moore is such a good QB? 2,500 yards 16 td's and 9 int's in 12+ games is far from great. It's decent, it's slightly above average, and it doesn't suck but are you willing to settle for that? If so then you better hope Philbin and Co. get our defense to an elite level, and I mean top 1 or 2 in the league before we even start to talk about competing for championships because without a elite talent elsewhere Matt moore isn't going to get us anywhere near a SB.

Flynn is far from great more then half of his touchdowns were his receivers making the plays, can't be that hard playing on greenbay
