Missed at least 2 deep balls to sanders than should have been tds. and 3 of his 4 tds were easy throws to wide open receivers, we just decided not to cover demaryius thomas and welker in the end zone.

makes the loss that much more infuriating. their running game and our deciding not to cover their receivers in the end zone had more to do with the loss than manning.
When your down to your 4th and 5th CB, those things happen...

Contrary to popular belief around here the deep ball is not a high percentage throw. Manning was 1 of 5 yesterday and the one he completed Sanders laid out for it...which he's done often this year.

Manning didn't have to be great yesterday...not when his offense is rushing for 200+ yards.

I thought Ryan was the best QB on the field for about 3 qtrs or so. Peyton left so many plays on that field it was ridiculous. He was off most of the game.

Just curious, but if we would of gotten blown out....would peolpe be less on edge just saying 'Well it's Peyton and the Broncos what did you expect?'

:idk:

Instead we got people doing backflips off the roof, fire everyone, Wake sucks, the D sucks, everyone sucks, Tannehill can't win close games, etc...etc....

It wasn't just how Payton played but more on the Denver game plan. It was played to perfection. This is what separates great teams from good teams...reaks of how BB game plans.

Wide open in the end zone, goes right back to scheme. Wth.

Manning wasn't great? Compared to what?

You understand that Manning has full liberty to call runs or passing plays at the line, right? When you feel like its impossible to create a turnover, like I did yesterday against Manning, or against Green Bay and Rodgers, then that QB is playing great ball. Rodgers didn't complete every pass against us but what he did do was make perfect decisions on every passing play.

People say "they smartly ran it most of the time..." That is Manning.
Or "their receivers are getting wide open..." That is Manning.
Or "they had a great gameplan..." That is Manning.
Or "our d-line got no pressure..." That is Manning too.

He looked great to me. And the stats with his 135 passer rating backs that up.

I think what is hard to swallow, is that the Rams were able to pressure Manning, and Miami couldn't. I know the rams front 4 are pretty damn good, but I thought Miami's was up there as well. To not get any pressure, except for maybe on the second drive...was pretty pathetic. You could have had fede and Jordan playing all the snaps, and you wouldn't have been able to tell...

Atleast there was some thought behind his over thrown passes. In Manning's interview he mentioned that our cbs made most of their plays on under thrown balls so thats why he tried to put the ball out and not necessary try to be spot on which created the over throws... They had an actual gameplan. From the first play of the game they tested us and ran it up the middle and found out we where soft from the beginning..and they just continued to soften up the dl line as the game went on. We on the other hand seem to have the same game plan that worked on offense for the most part. But on defense we didnt. We got hit early, we stayed in zone and got abused consistently..
