The guy is a mediocre talent and add his future penal league status to the mix and he's a waste of even a FA signing.

Marcus Vick is a little more accurate than Michael, but he doesnt have the arm strength, and he isnt as explosive, his straight line speed is very good, but he doesnt have the quickness and open field moves of his brother

He is a 6th to 7th rounder because of his skill level, and his legal issues dont help
