Did everyone see Tannehill at the end of the game, the game was pretty much over, and Miami having to settle for the FG instead of the TD was not earth, considering it made it a 13 point lead, but Tannehill was livid after missing that possible TD, you could see it eating Tannehill alive leaving any points on the field...More Marino like.

When the season started if that had happened, Tannehill would have would have gone to the sideline emotionless, happy we got the 3 points and waiting for next time to hopefully get that TD, but this time he showed the type of emotion that we have to go back to #13 to see, this is his team, and a FG will never, ever do.

There is a fire starting to light under Tannehill, and even though there is still work to be done, I saw something at the end of the game that to me was much bigger then if Tannehill had thrown for 500 yards, and 5 TDs. Tonight Tannehill at the end of the game, took another huge leap, maybe not physically, but very much mentally.

Next week Miami might lose to the Broncos, and hey, they very well may actually beat the Broncos, but no matter waht, watch how Tannehill plays in that game, because once the true game face hits a young QB that refuses to lose, refuses to fail hits a QB, he is no longer a young QB, but a QB that will not be denied, and good luck to anyone that attemps to stand in his way...I want the continuation of what I saw tonight, I WANT THE BRONCOS.

OK, anyway, Sorry everyone, I could be wrong...extremely wrong, but I don't think I am,Tannehill turned the corner tonight and will be picking up speed very soon.

-By the way, not saying Tannehill is going to be another Marino, or even close to that, just Marino may be rubbing off on him, and it could propel Tannehill to finally hit that Ceiling and be the best QB he posibly can be.- :)

I am positive Danny has an effect on Tanny. Maybe if he gets more time with Marino than he does with Phibin, he will moroh more into Marino's ways.

I also hope Dan is prepping Ryan to duel Manning. Hopefully telling our D the tells that Manning makes.

People need to start giving tannehill credit for his good aspects not look to praise others. Tannehill has always had fire in certain situations

Kid's getting it.

His average QBR over the past seven games is 101.7, which puts him around Luck, Rivers and Brady with only Rodgers, Manning, Big Ben consistently better. If the D hadn't blown two games that we were in position to win, Tannehill possibly has us on a seven game win streak. Don't care what anybody tells me, I'm watching this kid grow, against good defenses, against bad defenses, he's just getting it. The great thing is he's going to get better. The deep ball, the throws he'd like back such as a wide open Wallace in the EZ last night, he's slowly getting there.

Here's a measure of how good this franchise could be if RT keeps this up and I see no reason he shouldn't - RT is now averaging a passer rating of 92.2 for the season, which should keep going up. Over Tannehill's three year career at Miami, the Dolphins are 16-1 in games where Tannehill has had a QBR of 90+. What does this mean ? It means we're pretty damn close to being real. Damn real. This ride is only just starting.

these guys are capable of so much more, they are leaving a lot of points on the field

Everything about Marino has rubbed off on Ryan. No coincidence that since halftime of the GB game he has been one of the best QB's in the league. No coincidence this team is 30 seconds from a 6 game winning streak and being 8-2.

Marino came in, worked with the QB's, and now we are seeing he payoff from it. Ryan has the fire. Ryan is making the decisive throws. When he is getting sacked now it is generally on a play when that is the only option rather than him not getting rid of the ball on time. He is making crisp throws, on time, to the right person. The balls have a lot of zip on them and he is showing to be the kind of leader you expect out of that position.

It all goes back to what Marino has taught him.

Yeah, but I sure wish that Marino bomb would rub off on Tanny...

Ever since That debacle with Philbin not naming a starter THEN with Marino helping the young kid out in the film room and on the field, I've seen a different Tannehill. I've been a Tannehill supporter/fan since day 1 when we drafted him but I was starting to lose faith in him after the 1st bills meeting this year. But I've seen him grow up big time as a QB this year, and have no doubts he's only going to get better....... Now I don't have to throw my 2 Tannehill jerseys away. :)

Agreed, but last night It spilled over to the point it was eating him. When emotion hit's a young QB like that, one of two will happen, he will lose his composure, and start making mistakes, or it will drive him hard to hit the next level (his focus will be that much better).

If there is one thing nobody can say about Tannehill, it's he tends to lose his composure in a game, in fact after a mistake he tends to come out even more focused, and way more time then not succeed.

The thing this time though is, he was clearly upset, he was not going crazy with anger on the sideline, he was not going over to people to show his anger, he went to a corner of the bench, sat down, and showed a serious not every happy look on him I have not seen in him, a look I have seen before in athletes that are successful when they make a mistake.

I know everyone saw that look, and know what I am talking about, but if you get a chance, look at it again, it almost (Sorry for using this comparison) like an Eye of the tiger type look.

What about how tough this guy is! Beaten up, sacked so many times, but still finds a way to win. This kid is making me proud all over again.

Tanne's definitely starting to own this offense that Lazor is orchestrating. He's finding open guys all over the place that are making the extra moves, fighting for YAC (even Hartline man!) and that tough-it-out nature that he and guys like Landry brings to the team is rubbing off on everyone. They played like they knew they wanted to beat the Bills more than anything, and on a short week after a tough loss, as Philbin had noted in the post-game speech, they busted their ass to make it work.

Proud to watch Tanne. He may not be the QB that Luck is, skills-wise, but he's starting to play with the same level of heart as him, and that's more important than anything else.
