this year with our capital (D.C) marty is going to get his fair chance to shine like has neverr ever has before(remember hes never had an even decent qb to play with ) i can see a re ammergance from his pro bowl days. he will have plenty of balls thrown his way and we know hes got the hands but the one thing that impresses me most about him is actually his balance, little shoulder spears arent enough to take him down all the time after catches.

just my thoughts.

very excited for this season

you make a great point and i think we could see a great season from him

I agree that he may be much more effective this season..but with the depth we're building behind him, he better put good numbers or he might end up a cap casualty next year

ne1 else forget he is a probowl reciever and yes he'll shine way more now dauntes in own u make a great point

Great read

dude i watch the pats-dolphins game from november this year and marty booker is a big physical reciever that gets a lot of yards after the catch and it wasnt like he "blew-up" that game i would say he is a solid 2nd reciever and is EXTREMELY!!! UNDERRATED

I agree.....but what about Chambers??? He's never had this kind of QB either.

I've always liked Booker. He made some huge catches last year.

I have been saying this since there was talk of hiring a real QB.I know,I was right.Go ahead, say it.:chuckle:

it would be great if booker has a good season...i think booker is a good #2 but he hasn't done enough for us...we need a big year out of him...having culpepper should help him big time...

booker could have ahuge year next year, i completely forgot how good he was in chicago. Hagan will have a chance to shine also with Culpepper behind the helm.

I fear it's too late for Booker and Miami in the long term. He was a good risk by Rick screwed way up by Dave and underutilized by Saban in the first year because Nick couldn't fix all the problems Dave left behind at once.

Next year, he is scheduled to earn $4 million. He won't be getting that salary, and he probably won't be extended by Miami. The best case scenario is that he does very well and earns Miami a first day pick in trade. That might be tough, though. Everything has to come together perfectly. You just can't pay Booker what he is worth to be somebody's #2 receiver unless you're willing to go wanting at another position. With the likes of Hagan behind him pushing for playing time, the second receiver is where Miami will save some bucks.

i exspect at least 60 to 80 catches this year. hopefully he goes to that 2001 form! anyways i agree i beleive he will have a big year this year!
