I've been hearing all these reports from camp of the chemistry between daunte & marty booker..i think that booker is gonna have an awsome season..stat wise..this is what happens when two top notch recievers are on the same team..you all know that chris is gonna get doubled alot this year because of his pro bowl selection and now he's on the map..booker is gonna have a type of season like he had when he played for the bears and got traded here for one of my favorite d'ends adawale ogunleye..i just wanted to know what you all might think of this possibility

PS: Chambers double covered = Touchdown Booker or Ronnie

i think booker could get back to his old pro bowl form possibly because of culpepper.i think everyone saw last year how well booker did when his number was called.now that defenses will have to keep a big eye on chambers there is no doubt in my mind that booker could have a big year.i look for him to have around 7-8 td's and 70+ catches

I'm hoping McMichael gets the benefits of Culpeeper this year.

i think its more likely McMichael has the breakout year. But Marty will have more than 3 TDs i promise that.

yea i think he can have a great year.i hope he does.last year was rough for him towards the end

To me he is the leader of the recieving core. Remember that picture of him with his head in his hands, almost looking like he was crying in that game against the Browns..Also noting he got his consecutive catch streak snapped after that game.. But that picture of him showed his emotion that he cares bout the Dolphins, also he had a number of huge plays during the season, great hands as well

That is exactly why I drafted Booker to my fantasy football team.

I was just thinking that

I hope you guys are right. I obviously cannot see how he acts in the lockroom and what kind of influence he has with the other players there in Miami. His actions on the field with Miami, to me, have always made me think he hates being on the Phins - that he got traded to a WR unfriendly team and he has been unhappy ever since. I've never doubted his talent, only his will to play with the Phins. I live in the Chicago area and saw how he played here. He seemed to have a lot more drive and emotion when he played in Chicago. I hope to see that again.

I think you have a good point. Chambers is a quiet leader on offense. He doesn't seem to be a big talker. I don't know that Booker is a big talker either, but it wouldn't be hard for him to say more than Chambers. That may lead to a faster development of chemistry between Culpepper and Booker.

But Chambers is the DEEP THREAT guy. Chambers is the guy with the acrobatic catches. That is his niche. Booker could easily be the guy who gets most of the short yard catches. Here's a thought:

In 2006-07, Booker leads the team in receptions. Chambers leads the team in TDs and yards per catch.

Don't forget about the threat when the Dolphins are in the three receiver sets with Campbell, Hagan or Welker as the third receiver. Imagine Culpepper with three good receivers and Ronnie Brown receiving out of the backfield.

I can totally disagree cuz i never really focused on him when he played for the chicago bears but i can completely agree cuz when i see him play in miami he seems to always give 100% on every play and when ever either he or someone else scores a touchdown or makes a big play hes one of the first ones celebrating..i think both him and chambers will be the best tandem in the nfl diz year depending on how good daunte does ofcourse

Man was that a stupid trade. Just to replace stupid David Boston even though the season was already a complete mess. Wannstedt...

Nah it was a good trade we got a probowl WR and a 3rd rd. pick for a holdout (Wale)...... it was a desperation act but a good trade becuase we all knew Wale wasnt a top flight DE when we got that kind of value for him. We haven't missed Wale one bit.. but w/o Marty alot of things would be different, including Chambers last season. the mistake was the 3rd for Lamar Gordon
