Dont want either. A lot of good teams in this league are coaced by first time head coaches. New Orleans, Green Bay ,Baltimore, Pittsburgh , San fran. just to name a few. Why do we want to go back to Maryball when the consensus is that ground and pound doesnt work anymore.

Marty doesn't win in the playoffs!!! That's why he's available. I would rather give Zimmer, Philben(with Flynn), or Carmichael a chance before we hire another retread. Philbin and Carmichael run the 2 best offenses in the league. Coincedentally the last 2 teams to win the Super Bowl!!! We need to bring in someone who wants to prove they're ready. Any of these three would be fine with me. How many games would we win trying to pound the ball with Bush and Thomas at the end??? My guess would be none.
