4 time loser marv levy :sidelol:

I don't recall if Levy was responsible for personnel during his head coaching career with the Bills. But if he was, he sure did put together some talented teams!

Today is a good day in Dolphins history!

You should be scared. Levy OWNED Miami, including your boy Shula.

Maybe we should drag Shoes off the golf course so the old guys can commiserate about the PAST!!!!! Here's an idea, since we're dragging out the fossils, why don't you see what Lou Saban is up to these days, you know, since that other Saban guy is doing so well.

As much as I hate to admit it, this is true. Levy is just as responsible or more than anything else for keeping Marino and the Phins out of the Superbowl when he was in Buffalo. We could not beat this team in a meaningful game. I remember seeing about 100 screen passes to Thurman Thomas and throwing the remote yelling for someone to tackle that SOB.
Levy is a good guy, the Bills are smart to bring him back in a meaningful role. Im not sure Mularkey is going to get it done but this isnt a bad move.
People act like the Bills were terrible, they were a great, great team that was about a foot wide right of being a Championship team. Still they did lose all four of those bowls, some in embarrassingly bad lop-sided loses.

Yes, despite not reaching the SB champ level(could any AFC team ag the superior NFC during the early 90s?) the Bills had some very talented teams but Levy isnt HC, and even if he were to become the coach, does he still have it?

The guy is close to 80 years old. He is way out of touch with today's game

That's what I was thinking. Today is a different game with different players, I'm not sure at 80 years old you can adjust right away.

He's gonna need to take a nap in the middle of the NFL Draft on day 1. This guy ain't working a war-room from 9am to Midnight only to be up by noon the next day for day 2 of the draft.

Marv sounds sharp as knife still, he's been around football since his retirement too.

Ralph on the other hand, sounds horrible. Takes him 5 minutes to say something about nothing.

Levy will be GM/VP of Football Operations.

Said he'll work with Modrak and Mularky for this year.
