Marvez: McAdoo to take Giants OC job

I won't lie, I am one of the ones that didn't like the friendship aspect between him and Philbin. That didn't go so well the last two years.
 
push for kubiak now... if that wasn't the plan from the beginning.
 
Ross should have cleanded house. Coaches know this a 1 year trial for Philbin. Arrggghhhhh!!!! Dang it. We had 60 million in cap space and 11 picks in the draft and it turned into this crap! Will we ever be good again? Sigh!
 
Wasn't a play-caller anyway. No point in having a head coach who has never called plays combined with an offensive coordinator who hasn't called plays.

true, but that was also by the same guy who said Kubiak's did go well, which we now know never took place

which would be perfect for kubiak. fire philbin, promote kubiak, then kubiak brings in his own oc. that is, if philbin fails as a HC next year.

No one can either credit or discredit the reports that say Kubs interviewed directly with Philbin in secret cause he doesn't want to give up on the HC jobs out there.

You know the whole point of it being a secret... Is it being secret...
