Spoke to someone very close to @MiamiDolphins organization. They think philbin & ireland both survive but sherman goes as oc. We'll see

From most media reports on this situation, it appears Ireland survives once again.

Wonder who else from the offensive staff may leave with Sherman? My guess would be Taylor and Turner.

Then: Dan Henning forced out largely against HC's wishes
Now: Mike Sherman forced out largely against HC's wishes

Let's just hope that Tannehill doesn't regress to Henne levels...
