Unfortunately, so is the HC who keeps him employed becasue he doesn't know any better. I'm over Gase until he proves otherwise which I doubt. Yesterday was revealing in terms of how terrible this staff and entire organization truly is. Ross is a joke and it all starts at the top. It's not a talent issue, Parker was inactive last week and healthy lol.
 
First we have a line coach that snorts coke off the rear end of prostitutes. Now we have a DC that throws clipboards in a childlike tantrum while a game is in progress.

Not a good look.
 
I wouldn't mind his passion if he could coach but doing that when he's been terrible is laughable.
 
If Burke is employed after this weekend, when Gase very clearly stated that he was going to look at everything over the next couple of days, my days of being cautiously optimistic are over. The defense can't stop anyone and the missed tackles are infuriating. He is definitely in over his head and Gase has to know that his seat is heating up in part because of him.
