All of you guys are so quick to say Matt Flynn sucks and is unproven yata yata yata....

Can we just sign the guy and give him a chance to maybe be the next Tom Brady. You guys don't know anything. Its all speculations at this point. So please can we as fans welcome him with open minded thoughts and embrace him, rather then being so quick to shoot him down. If he wants to come to this organization then I respect him a lot more than that panzy Manning. Theres a reason he wants to play for us, he knows we are a great city and franchise and he holds the power to become a Miami great in his hands. So please lets stop attacking the guy and just let him be himself and go out and win for the Aqua and Orange.

I personally think he will look damn good in a Dolphins uniform.

Just signing a guy to huge money and letting him play for a few years is not really the most efficient evaluation method dude. Philbin should know whether he's for real or not. So if we bring him in there should be faith in his knowledge. But our lukewarm pursuit of him so far is pretty telling.

If we can get Flynn at a reasonable rate I think he would be a great signing. But Kolb money... no thanks.

Flynn's going to get some nice guaranteed money. Sea and Cle will be in on bidding for him. It's not gonna be Peyton money, but ya'll are suggesting we blindly take a shot on him as some sort of evaluation. I'd rather the Dolphins are sure before they commit to him. We have inside information. We should know him better than any team we're competing with. Because it's not only going to be money, but a direction we commit to for a few years. I'm not against signing him, but this is one case where we should trust Philbin.

I think we're in a good spot with respect to QB since our coaches know Flynn and Tannehill as well as anyone. If they take one, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt (for a short while).

Yet another comparison to AJ Feeley and his GF (now wife) Heather Mitts? 2 limited sample backups with hot GFs having some public recognition, looking good when plugged into the apparatus of offensive machines?

(Personally, I'm more impressed with what Moore did in 09 turning a 4-7 Carolina team into an 8-8 one than what Flynn did vs Detroit on behalf of a 15-1 team. :idk:)
