This week's nominees for Fed Ex Air player of the week are; Brees, Ryan, and Carson Palmer(who lost his game.) Matt had the 3rd best passer rating, tied for most TDs, and averaged 18 ypa, and his team won. Add the fact that it was his first start in 5 years, and he was on the road, and this should have been a no brainer. He was also over looked for clutch player of the week.

I don't know if it's because they don't respect us, or they don't respect the Jets.

Either way, that's terrible.

ETA: Matt Ryan beat the Niners, who are worse than the Jets, so it's definitely us they don't respect.

He only threw for 236 yards...only had 18 pass attempts. Usually you need to be 300+ yards for the Fed Ex Air award.

I can't stand watching ESPN or the pre game shows. It's always about the same players and same teams! We will be the underdogs for a long long time.

i was gonna make this thread but then i realized that its business as usual for these "analysts" and "journalists" to be like this....although Mike Thomas was on NFLAM yesterday morning....honestly I dont care about the accolades I care about beating the bills!
