Here's Miller's final big board. He details his grading system, then lists all 400. After that he breaks it down into position groupings.

I just laugh at any board with Jameis Winston in the top 10. Virtually every board i've seen has him as the #1 player. He's a sure fire bust. He threw 18 picks last year playing the worst defenses in college football. NFL defensive coordinators are going to destroy this kid.

He ranked himself #380. This looks like a bells and whistles deflective device to stick his own name in there and potentially get drafted while mostly making up the rest.

 ...oh...wait...you're serious?

 Yeah he tweeted out a few weeks ago that it was weird writing a scouting report on a player with his same name.

I think you're in the minority with this statement, I hope you're right though. F*ck the Seminoles.

Perception is reality I guess.

Defenses in college football last year ranking in order of total defense.

1. Clemson 260.8 ypg
6. Louisville 308.5 ypg
11. Boston College 324.2 ypg
14. Miami 329.6 ypg
15. Florida 329.8 ypg
27. Syracuse 349.2 ypg

That's 6 of their 14 games against teams with top 30 defenses. Oregon incidentally was ranked 89th giving up 429.7 ypg...their first round opponent in the playoffs. Stanford ranked #3 at 282.4 ypg and the only PAC-12 school ranked in the top 30 so if you're making an argument in favor of Mariota...you just failed.

I've never cared for any of millers draft opinions.

He pretty much got big because he was one of the first people who covered draft on twitter and had the name "nfldraftscout".

He's about as legitimate a NFL analyst as Evan Silva, which is not legitimate at all.

I used him in my matrix along with WalterFootball who is by far the wackiest rankings of the 10...but as long as there are people like Jeff Ireland out there with a hand in the draft those rankings serve their purpose.

Walter does there rankings pretty far ahead of the draft and I don't think they ever change them.

And what's a matrix?

Winston threw 18 picks because he had no one to throw to - look at all the bum routes by his TE/recievers he had to put up with. Yes he made some bad decisions but he made some unbelievable throws to get himself out of the holes he dug for himself. Year before he had Kelvin Benjamin......who did he have last year? Its a team game - he can make every throw and has super football smarts. He may well be immature but a QB with his talent very very rarely comes along. He's by far the best prospect at the position since Luck.

I've never found him to be any worse or any better than other draft media types. He does admit his mistakes and if he changes a ranking on a player he'll tell you why. Which it not what you can say for McShay, Mayock, Kiper, etc. His rankings aren't too much out of whack with anyone else.

winstons easily the best qb prospect in the class and capable of being a top 10 nfl one...pocket progression qb who reads coverage well and anticipates with his throws...i dont have any questions on the field other than he needs to learn not to force some things but exactly how high he ascends will depend on him...his work ethic his commitment his understanding that the years of immaturity and mistakes he needs to have learned from and not repeat

he's gonna be given a clean slate by someone i think he will make good on it personally...no brainer top pick if i'm tampa...under this current cba also no brainer...if i'm a gm and i'm putting myself on the line for anyone at qb it would be winston...and only him

i tell ya one thing though i hope he told nfl teams the truth about his past cause they already know the answers to any of the questions they ask...

The rankings all eventually mirror each others anyway. I more pay attention to the specific things they say About players.
