If Ross doesnt go after any big named qb whether it be Luck or Manning I would keep Daboll, run his offense one more year and offseason with Matt Moore. Although I think Moore has reached his ceiling as far as talent is concerned, hes at least shown me he can play in the league. I would surround him with another fa Wr (meachem) move Hartline to the slot (like welker) and somehow get a te in here. I would definately utilize reggie bush way more and let him get into space. The defense has to put Lb on him and that is an instant mis match. throw little dump off's to Bush. I would run Thomas more. From the little time i've seen Thomas play, i've been impressed by the way he uses his feet and size to his advantage. Find a way to get Clay more involved, very athletice. If im going to run a 4-3, im drafting coples to play opposite of wake and although yall might hate me for sayng this, but I think Spence could be a great outside lb, yeah hes undersized but hes smart and very fast, vilma was undersized coming out. Anyways, i bring in as much talent to the offense as i can, i draft defense and Oline and let matt moore work in the way that Dorsey did for the canes. If im Fisher, im a smart coach, and can get the best out of my players....if im the Dolphins next coach

A new HC will pick his new OC, so don't count on Daboll even being here.
You still have to draft a QB prospect, either trade up for RG III or wait for Weeden.
Don't think Hartline is quick enough with his moves to be a good slot receiver, what do you do with Bess then?

I trade Bess. he proves nothing as pr and what has he really done. He makes some nice catches from time to time but anyone can really do that.

Moore is mediocre and average at best...

He isn't a playoff worthy QB.
thats why said if we dont bring in or draft a franchise guy, moore is our best option. you have to work with what you have sometimes and be patient. I wouldnt draft rg3 in the first, nope, sure wouldnt.

With a different QB Bess would be recognized league wide....just like he was last year. He is very good and the catches he makes from time to time are far beyond "good". We don't need to focus attention on WR's.....just replace Columbo and get RGIII. That's where all of our attention should be, after that any upgrade is just pure fluff.

Nice plan. I would also try and draft Tannehill and trade for Flynn to compete with Moore in case he doesn't progress.

I'm not sold on Griffin either, just my opinion. Would like to se Daboll stay, but I doubt it.

No, keep Bess. The only better slot guy in the league is Welker, and he has a pretty good QB throwing to him.

HARTLINE has enough deep speed to be a factor. BESS doesn't. I'd move up for BLACKMON, NOT a QB. If (big "if") MIAMI's pleased w/GATES as a WR, then trade BESS. Get a F/A solid G, a pass-rushing OLB from somewhere (F/A or draft), and draft a RT.

I sure wouldn't trade Bess. Who you gonna get that's a better slot guy? Only way I would consider trading him is if St. Louis wanted him as part of a package for the 2nd overall pick so we can get RG3.

I think we have to bring in a real #2 and move Hartline to #4. I dont know if Meechum would be the guy but hes def an upgrade over Hartline. Bess must remain the slot guy, and Moore has to hit him more, Bess had an off year because Moore rarely throws to his slot guys. Henne made Bess look like a pro bowler because he was unable to throw the ball period so he would look for Bess short, hence the drop off in receptions for Bess this year. On the Pats/Packers or Saints Bess is a pro bowler! We def need another TE and keep Fasno as our #2 blocking TE. If we cant get an OLB, QB, or stud DB we have to take one of the top WR (Blackmon, Jefferies or the kid from ND). As for D, depending on who the HC is and what kind of D he wants to run willl determine what we do, the only thing I want Fisher for is because he would lure M. Griffin and C. Finnegan to be our CB, and FS. A combo of Davis and Finnegan would make our D top3 (we're already top6)! Plus i dont care how inconsistent Griffin is as FS, but hes an upgrade over Jones/Clemmons. I would like to keep our 3-4 but who knows.

Moore is a career backup period. Selecting Rg3 in the first gives our franchise all sorts of options not to mention media and broadcast appeal. The seats are empty , which current dolphin jersey do you own Henne ? IMO we could do alot worse than Rg3. Did I mention the kids a winner.

That's a great plan, but who's gonna throw all these studs the ball?
