Matt Moore-led Dolphins avg 34 pts/game. #1 in the NFL.

Yea, this is the problem with stats. Moore has done all you can ask from a bsckup, but this no1 in the nfl talk is just silly

As long as we play teams that refuse to tackle our wrs from here on out the stats will continue to look fantastic

Currently, the Atlanta Falcons lead the NFL in points scored, with 33.5 pts/game.

But if "Matt Moore-led Dolphins" were a separate team, it would be averaging 34.0 pts/game, making it the #1 scoring offense in the NFL.

:)

Tannehill scored 24 points or more 9 out of the 1st 13 games, while the team learning a new offense, and trying to find an offensive identity.

If you think Moore would have done better, if he had started those games, then you would have been in for some huge disappointments.

I like what Moore has done the last two week, think highly of Moore as a BACKUP, but if not for Ajayi on Saturday, Miami would have been lucky to get close to 20 points, let along over 30 the way the passing game was going early on.

Let's see how Moore does against New England. I am happy we have him to back up Tannehill, he is a good teammate but Tannehill is our QB.

This type of post takes away from the great effort our receivers are giving. Landry refused to be tackled last week.

Here is the deal.

Our football team is now good enough to win with Matt Moore as QB.

Matt Moore did not take over the game and win it. He simply got the ball to our playmakers.

He did make a good block on the Drake run but it was big plays by Ajayi, Drake, Damien Williams, and Parker that won the game. Each of them had a play where they were stopped, then they took it for a TD. That was not all Matt Moore, it was the playmakers we finally have.

Indeed. But some of the bills defending was ludicrous
