I believe the managment must see Matt Moore about the same as Matt Flynn..Even though Philbin knew what he had in Matt Flynn he had to study tape of Matt Moore and figure with his offense Matt Moore could produce like Flynn could but much cheaper..We must be going Tannehill in round 1 to battle it out with Moore.
