Yup. I am a "Tannehill homer" but I was rooting for Matt Moore to take us downfield for a quick score.

It's crazy to me the way people root for players to fail to make other players look better.
 
Honestly once Matt Moore entered the game he should have stayed in. That doesn't mean that his two picks weren't disgusting, but I don't see the point in reinserting a guy who just got his mobility reduced when he was already being manhandled and had terrible happy feet in the pocket. Tannehill wasn't gonna get anything accomplished with the way the offensive line was playing and his subpar pocket movement and awareness. In this regard, Moore was clearly better. Plus the Bills hadn't prepared for Moore so once he was in you might as well have stuck with it.

Tannehill re-entered the game and on a score or go home (and possibly miss the playoffs) drive, he threw the ball away on third down. He still should start next week and has done better things this season that Moore could have, but I don't think its that case in this game and what happened with Tannehill in there doesn't refute that.
 
If Tannehill sucks so bad (im asking the haters) then how is he top 10 in almost every passing category? With a crappy o-line and no run game...i know stats dont mean everything but this is a team sport that takes a team to win. Tannehills stats are still fairly impressive under the circumstances.
 
They dont know because they simply do not understand. Its just ignorance. Feel sorry for them

A lot of people were saying he'd be the most improved of the QB class from last year - for once the experts were right. Tannehill has developed a ton from last year to this year and has shown steady progress all season. And as stated above, he has impressive numbers despite playing behind the worst o-line in team history (that I can recall anyhow). The fact that he's started 15 games given the pounding he's taken says a lot about this kids toughness. He had a bad game today. The line play was a disaster. We were manhandled up front. Don't hang this on Tannehill. He didn't turn the ball over - which was miraculous actually.

The last thing I would be concerned of is what is being said on a messageboard when we score TDs, have INTs or give up TDs.

That makes you good people in my book. It makes you a fan of the Miami Dolphins not just a player.
 
WOW both Qb's are back up material, you cant compare one to the other. Moore hasn't played in two years. Moore and RT should be back ups.RT will end up like Henne all defended him on here as the next franchise QB. we have NO franchise qb on our roster. that's the truth like it or not

Do you think this is any better than what dolphans1 has to say? It's still board clutter.
 
You know why this website sucks? Because there were fans who were pissed when Moore did hit that deep throw and they rejoiced when he threw the pick. Tannehill is our starter we should be past this petty crap. If Moore comes in we should be gunning for him to succeed. But god forbid someone possibly appear wrong about what they post on a silly fan message board. Being right about what I post on finheaven is so important. Those people are sad!

Remember all of those 4th Quarter comebacks Moore had for us? Ya, me neither. He is a solid back up but is about as clutch as the Bills in Superbowl games.

I highly doubt anybody was rooting for Moore to fail today, I sure as hell wasn't. I just know tannehill is a lot better than Moore.
