Bears are letting go of Nagy, I think he would be a good OC for us with some actual experience. We need a few more veteran coaches and players on this team.

There have been A LOT of good coordinators that were not good head coaches.
He called plays for all of 3 games prior to the Bears job. He was a glorified QB coach.
Nagy hasn’t proven he can call plays or run an offense.
Come on, you guy's forget Flo wouldn't be able to take a guy on his staff who had head coaching experience. He'd feel threatened.

We could see if he wants to be one of three OCs. You can never have too many.

This is inaccurate. While Andy Reid initially made the calls and Nagy called them in for the Chiefs, Reid gave the play calling to Nagy when the Chiefs were 6-5. Nagy went 4-1 to end the season as the only OC/play caller and the Chiefs went to the playoffs with Alex Smith.
He definitely has more experience than what we had calling plays this year, and was under one of the best coaches in the NFL. Now he actually has head coaching experience as well.

I live in Chicago and so am exposed to him alot. I don't think he is all that bright in terms of football strategy or player development. The Bears in his time have not really developed anything on offense that has been noteworthy. You do NOT look at the Bears, and say "geez, I like how they developed Fields," or "wow, their passing attack is impressive," or "man, their O line and running attack is impressive." Nothing. Nada.
Joe Brady, a South Florida native, would be more intriguing to me.

Andy Reid has been the true play caller of the Chiefs since he has been there regardless of the OC.
