Everyone here seems to be over looking the guys in the trenches and the ones that really won the game for us today.. So hats off to Matt Roth.. The man was a beast today!!! :woot:
 
yea he played great...him and porter look like a dangerous tandem

Yup, the guy is an animal, amazing how many in here were starting to lose faith in him, good to see Matt becoming the player we all knew he was.:D

Yeah he was making plays all over the place today.
 
I said this in the chatroom...he was playing the way he played at Iowa...like a beast

I pretty much wrote him off before the start of the season, but he is proving me wrong now. Much like most of the players on our defense he was all over the field today.
 
Matt Roth had an awesome sack today. Like the announcers said, I think Matt Roth has found his niche in the NFL. He's in the right position. So is Joey Porter. Our defensive coaches should get a lot of credit for that. They're trying to get the most out of the talents of each of our guys.
 
Matt Roth to me wasn't anything more than a big effort guy that was better coming off the bench than he was as a starter... i will say this... LB seems to suit him well... he improves each week!!! after just 6-8 weeks of playing the position, he looks very comfortable... i give the coaching staff kudos for moving him there when it appeared the d-line looked loaded after drafting langford and merling!!! i'm impressed with Roths play and think he will only get better with more experience!!! i'm so happy... miami just might not have to draft a LB in the 1st round next year!!!
 
I thought today was his best game as a Fin.
