Thank god. I was worried about him going to New England.

He would have been a terrible fit in NE. That team prioritizes extremely smart wide receivers who run precise routes. That ain't Matthews. At most he would have been another Brandon LaFell. And there was Chad Johnson bust potential there.
Don't get me wrong, I was always a Matthews fan. But he wasn't for everyone.

WOW. Surprised he choose Tenn over NE, although If I'm Rishard I'm choosing the most guarentted money. He had a career year at the perfect time when the FA Market was horrible in WRs. Don't think his
value will ever be this high again.

I'm not happy with our signings but letting guys walk from a team that failed to win more then 8 games the past 5 years is understandable. Big bad Oliv Vernon and Lamar miller never helped us
win more then 8 games no matter how you paint it. Hat e the Maxwell trade, Very Meh on Mario Williams the player (not ness. the deal), and not happy that we have not be linked to any guards. Do like the saftey we got from the Lions. Seems like an up and comer.
