....or someone like him. I know we're not actually going to get Jon Gruden but the point is that Tampa Bay and Miami share a lot of similarities. For a long time TB was that team that always seemed to have all the pieces in place but fell short. They needed a good kick in the arse, enter Jon Gruden. All it took was one year under a good offensive minded coach and they were world champs. Maybe that will happen to us. On the other hand, if we should suffer the same fate as Tampa, have one Championship season then just suck , I'd rather start rebuilding now for the future so that we could be competetive for years to come. What do you think?
