"When all the Chads are done in Miami Pat White will become the starting QB" I pesonally dont agree. ANy thoughts??
 
He said also mentioned he has the talent to potentially start
 
i don't see a short, mobile, essentially running qb taking this offense anywhere but on national tv for popularity. pat white is a slower, possibly more accurate mike vick.
 
I disagree i think Henne is going to be a great QB for us for many years to come

i dont agree with him , but he is definitely not an idiot
 
Ireland said there's "a little unknown" in Henne, which is fair and accurate. Henne hasn't started. There's always an unknown in any quarterback who hasn't started.

Ireland said White comes in to lead the Wildcat and doesn't foresee him as a No. 1 or No. 2 receiver. Ireland also was asked if he saw White as a having the goods to be a starting quarterback.
"Yes,'' he said.
He then said White and Henne could compete for the position. He then added maybe Chad Pennington doesn't give it up. But this is going to be interesting interplay as the coaches blend the various talents and futures.

...or after Henne's impressive showing during mop-up against the Cardinals, maybe we could be packaging him, Brown or Bess.. and maybe a 2010 for Boldin?
 
Sorry, but Henne should be ready to step his game up - his starting spot is not a lock. Pat White is like you wanting to go out on a date with hot chick who's been denying you for awhile. But you know as soon as you get her alone, it's over and she can't resist you.

I think once Pat White's talent, charisma, leadership, personality (things that made the Jets want Sanchez) get over to Fins land....he will not be denied.

Henne better eat his Wheaties because once White scores 10 tds and throws a rocket to Ginn, things could change.
 
Pat White is 5'11" and change, 190 lbs. No way he'll ever be the starting QB for a parcells/ireland team.

edit: of course, they did just draft him at #44 overall, so who the hell knows.
 
he is an idiot he was drafted as a wr. he is to small to play qb not saying he eventually couldnt there have been smaller qb's flutie/brees but he will be a playmaker for this o# play wr play qb and even run the ball like everybody knows he is going to play a lot of wildcat and the coaching staff will utilize his talents but henne is our future qb.

Ireland said yesterday that White was NOT drafted to play WR. see Omar Kelly's blog/interview at sun-sentinel.
