Why hasn't McCain been playing? Is he injured or just not ready to start?

Thanks

i am wondering the same thing, i want to see more of him even if he makes some mistakes

For what it's worth he did play last night. Not sure why he isn't making impact plays like week 1( was that great) or smacking back Marshall in Chicago.....

Would like to see McCain and Fede play more. They both seem to make plays and we need playmakers. Don't get it :idk:

McCain played well in his last real appearance in Chicago. do not get the thinking behind a lot of the personnel decisions

Because they want to see Jordan get sucked inside more...

Because our coaching staff sucks at personnel evaluation.

Because McCain isnt as good as Finheaven thinks he is.

Or the coaching staff does not understand how good he can be... A good example would be Jelani Jenkins. It took injuries for the guy to become a starter. How the coaching staff did not realize what we have in Jenkins is astounding. I want young hungry players and I like the little I have seen of McCain.

McCain's biggest asset is physical. He's a great athlete with a lot of 'want-to'. There's more to the game than just that. Clearly he isn't quite ready, because there has been opportunities.

Jenkins was getting snaps well before anyone got injured. And last year, Jenkins wasnt nearly as good as he was now. Jenkins wasn't playing at this level as a rookie - he's grown into what he is now, and the coaching staff has recognized that.

That's what a lot uof people on theses boards don't understand. They see a player getting a chance and playing like he finally belongs but don't realize its taken 2 or 3 years to figure it out.like you said.

The other thing that really bugs me is fans ragging on good players because they happen to make a mistake when for the most part they're consistent. Or viva versa. Just look at the overall play and get some perspective!
