McCown to the Raiders?

I've heard it over and over again on SIRIUS NFL Radio today. Rumors around the owners meeting that Lions QB Josh McCown is going to the Raiders and that will lead to OAK taking Calvin Johnson w/ the #1 pick.

isnt mcCown is a reciever now? mike martz said that he was gonna use mccown at reciever.plus, do you really think that the raiders are gonna start Luke McCown at qb?
 
Hey... it's not like the Raiders are the brightest organization in the NFL. But like I said, it's been repeated a dozen times on Sirius NFL Radio today.
 
I think Josh McCown could become pretty good. I don't know if the Raiders is the place to do it. He does move well in the pocket, and has a strong arm.
 
And people keep on dreaming that Quinn and/or Russell will be there at 9 for us....get over it guys....they won't be there at 9....but we can get Stanton or Kolb later on.

I'd almost rather do that instead of trading up for Quinn. With strong coaching, and good mentoring, both of those Qb's can become solid starters in my opinion....

They put him in at reciever a few times because they thought his athleticism was wasted on the bench, but I think he only had one catch all season. He had good moments with the Cards and I think he can come good with the Raiders. Good for us because it gives us a better shot at a Quarterback if that's what we want.
 
That would be one of the worst moves the Raiders would make.
 
I think the Raiders would be not only wise to draft CJ with the first pick...but IMO its a no-brainer that they draft him. He is the best player in the draft period!!!
