Found this article from January 3rd about McCoy becoming a head coach at some point.

You never know, of course. But as I watched and listened to Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy this year, it did strike me how “presidential” he is in the way he conducts himself.
McCoy helped bring along a passing-challenged quarterback in Tim Tebow. McCoy not only brought Tebow along, he helped devise a unique option-offense for his quarterback. Not only did he devise an special offense for a quarterback who is an inconsistent passer, McCoy helped bring along Tebow and the offense to six consecutive wins and a playoff berth.

No other head coaching candidate out there can bring that to the interview room.

After the last 11 years, Im not sure presidential is a great compliment

Man it's such a crapshoot between these guys. You can find positives and negatives about each candidate. Each team is a different scenario with different personnel. None of us know these guys and have not been in the interviews with them. Each has their strengths. I like that McCoy is young and seems to know his stuff. Keeping fingers crossed he works out if they go with him.

Out of the 3 they are giving second interviews to, Mccoy certainly looks much more like a head coach.

I keep going back and forth on Mccoy & Philbin, but the more I read about McCoy the more open to him I am. At least, when it comes down to these candidates.

You could go all the way back to 1977 or further.

Not really, Even though from 76-80 was the biggest nightmare ever for this country, we did get a huge reprieve from garbage from 80-88, then went back in decline starting in 92.

Nothing against McCoy, he could be a quality HC, but I really want either Zimmer or Carmichael.

tebow is still a terrible passer .... its just teams gamble and he gets them on mistakes.

orton sucks as well and got cut.
