I ****ing love that guy. Such a difference from Flores and the rest of douches that came before him.
Grier seems like a good dude, happy he's doing well.
He and McDaniel seem to get along well.

Exactly. The bottom line is that the NFL is an entertainment business. Would you rather listen to Bill Bellichick in a media interview or Mike McDaniel?
and it is so good to have a healthy relationship. Class acts, the first time in a long time and we see the benefit already. I would imagine more holes will be filled in the offseason. These guys like young playmakers

Kudos to Grier, hes been knocking it out of the park, easily one of the best front offices in football. No GM in history has hit on every move and pick but hes definitely way ahead on the ledger. What a difference from the last 2 clowns we had here.

He reminds me of everyone of my buddies I hang out with. Quick whit with a little dry humor, and snarky as ****. One could only the imagine the insults he could throw out there if he was able to.
He's definitely someone of the ilk I'd "drink a beer with".
I changed my mind after the pre-season impromptu interview that he gave a somebody (maybe even here) that enlightened me as to how he approached his job and his general outlook as well as some 'nuts and bolts' about the team. He seemed to have a vision and a plan to get there. I'm sure every GM in the NFL has one but he seemed 'on point'. Definitely a fer cry from ole TannenBum.
