I wonder why they didn't agree to deal with this in the offseason like the Prosecutor agreed that he would do. Sounds like this could be hurtful to the Phins somewhat. Also, sounds like he received some questionable legal advice.

Harvey Fialkov, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports Miami Dolphins TE Randy McMichael was cleared of three charges at his arraignment Thursday, Sept. 8. However, McMichael's attorneys pled guilty to criminal trespassing for his altercation with his wife last July. McMichael was given a 90-day probated sentence, along with a $500 fine plus open restitution for any other damages that happened at the scene of the July 11 incident

It's all up to Tagliabue now to decide what his punishment will be in the NFL. Hopefully it's just a one game fine.
